Cesar Camarero. Chamber Works and Music for Dance

“César Camarero’s music offers an echo whose profile is not always easy to describe, but which is evident and luminous to the listener.

The recording contained in this disc that I now present offers the possibility of savoring the latter, but leaves me with the responsibility of attempting the former. César Camarero is a musical creator who distrusts words as an explanation of musical alchemy. But let’s not be satisfied: his permanent, almost central, taste for poetry is more eloquent than the most pretentious of descriptions.

And I say well, poetry, since the register of his poetic affinities is so broad that it is always clear that if he has not been interested in all the poets of the world is due to the contingency of not having met them all.
