Erica Ramallo Lucini
Born in Madrid, she studied music with A. Baget at the Conservatorio "Adolfo Salazar" in Madrid and with Y. Volguin and Z. Bron at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía, where in 2003 she was awarded the Prize to the Most Outstanding Student of the Violin Chair by HM Queen Sofía. She graduated from the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Madrid under the direction of Manuel Guillén and pursued postgraduate studies with S. Fatkulin in Bonn, receiving scholarships from the AIE, the Ministry of Culture, the Isaac Albéniz Foundation and Juventudes Musicales de Madrid.

She has been awarded on numerous occasions: First Prize in the “Ciudad de Xátiva” Competition (Category A and B), Second Prize in the International Violin Competition “Villa de Llanes”, Third Prize in the International Violin Competition “Villa de Llanes”, Third Prize in the International Violin Competition “Ciudad de Xátiva” (Category A and B). International Violin Competition (Lisbon)… which has led him to perform in venues such as the Teatro de Viña del Mar (Chile), the Auditorium of Sidi Bou-Saiz (Tunisia), the Auditorium of the Academia Santa Cecilia (Rome) or the Auditorium Ciudad de León. As a member of the Habemus Quartet he has made several recordings for RTVE and RNE, as well as for the record label Non Profit Music.
Since 2013 he is part of PluralEnsemble, with which he has performed at the Festivals: Biennale di Venezia, New Music Week in Shanghai, Bridges Festival at the Konzerthaus in Vienna, Religious Music Week in Cuenca, Ciclo Fundación Bbva at the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid… and in cities such as Bremen, Klagenfurt, Reggio Emilia, Vienna, Madrid and Bilbao, among others.
He currently combines his concert activity with teaching, developing his pedagogical work at the Professional Conservatory of Music “Teresa Berganza” (Madrid) and regularly giving courses and master classes.
