patronage under Law 49\/2002. It means that your donations entitle you to a tax deduction in your Personal Income Tax (IRPF) return, if you are an individual, or in the Corporate Income Tax (IS) in the case of legal entities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To this end, we have created a program that, in the case of individuals, in accordance with the Patronage Law, from January 1, 2024, allows them to enjoy tax benefits linked to their contributions and specifically to deduct 80% of the first 250 euros contributed and 40% of the remaining amount, or up to 45% if contributions are made on a multi-year basis.
